How can I change the pickup location or delivery method?

Pickup location is set automatically according to your delivery address and it can not be changed at the moment. Packages sent through Posti will be delivered in Posti’s pickup locations which are Posti offices, K-Market and R-Kioski.

You can select the delivery method before you confirm your order online. Please contact our customer service if you would like to change the delivery method after confirming the order.
